Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
Normally, we ship our RTA Kitchen cabinet within 24 to 48 hour from the time of order. On average order will take another 5-7 business days (that is M-F), which doesn’t include the transit time. Rarely, we have delays in our warehouse, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive to you.
Fine Kitchen Cabinet negotiated multiple deals with several trucking companies to guarantee you the best shipping rate. Depending on the size of your order, we will utilize the best method of transportation (Parcel or LTL) to ensure that your shipping costs are kept at a minimum. The freight rates are automatically generated based on the weight of the shipment, destination zip code, and the best carrier for that region. Due to high vitality of the fuel prices, quotes are subject to changes at our discretion . A website generated shipping price is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to change shipping costs if applicable.
Delivery is a curbside delivery only to your home (it does not include inside delivery or any additional accessorial). If you are not willing or able to accept curbside delivery by yourself, you will have to make arrangements to have someone there to help. In some cases, the driver will need assistance to unload the shipment; you may be required to assist the driver. Please have someone there over the age of 18 that is physically capable of helping and receiving.
Return Policies:
Received wrong cabinet (does not match what you ordered):
Rarely, the wrong size or style will be shipped. You will notice that the boxes are very similar in size and shape, so it is important that you check your order BEFORE opening the boxes. The size and style is located on the sides of the boxes. If you happen to receive the wrong size or style cabinet, please contact us within 48 hours at 630-400-5758 and we will correct our mistake by expediting the correct size or style.
Ordered the Wrong Size or Style:
We can not be held responsible for customer errors or mistakes. We recommend that you double check the sizes, and we strongly recommend that you order sample door of desired cabinet so you can actually see the color and the style BEFORE ordering your kitchen cabinets. If you order the wrong size, we will exchange it for you only if it is unopened and undamaged subject to our approval, but you will be charged 25% restocking Fees, shipping of the wrong cabinet (back to us), price of the replacement cabinet and the delivery charges for the new cabinets .
Restocking Fee:
Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we take back any of our cabinet that we can resell, but we have costs to recover. We strongly advise all customers to order a sample door and double check their measurements before ordering cabinets. Any cabinets that you wish to return will incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with product return. Refund will be issued within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the product for damages. If damage exist, you will be notified. Customer will be responsible for claiming the damage with Fright Company to get reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy:
When you place an order, we allow up to 24 hours for a customer to cancel their order. Any cancelation after that 24 hour period, will incur a 25% restocking fees. If you cancel while order in transit you will be responsible for return shipping costs in addition to the restocking fee. Your refund will be issued within 30 days after the receipt of the shipment back, and the inspection for damages. If we find damages due excessive transit time your refund may take longer until inspection by the trucking company.
Charges by Fright Company (i.e. Storage fees, accessorial etc..)
In case of incurrence of additional charges by Freight Company weather is due to your requests or inability to receive deliver as specified or the need of additional service. Fine Kitchen Cabinet will not pay any additional fees including but not limited to storage fees, in house delivery, reschedule delivery associated with an order for any reason. Fine Kitchen Cabinet reserves the right to charge back these charges to the responsible parties.
Damages:
We take every care in packing our cabinet to minimize damages. Rarely, damage does occur. Freight Company, when used, assumes the responsibility of the product once they pick it up. In this case, it is very important that you note any visible damage on the delivery ticket while the driver is present to document such damage. All visible damage must be noted on the delivery Ticket, otherwise the trucking company will not accept a claim for damages. If you open the box, and find concealed damage, it MUST be reported within 48 hours to ensure that you can file a claim
